The Terms and any and all contracts concluded under them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and all references in these Terms to laws and regulations are references to Maltese laws and regulations unless otherwise specified. You agree that any dispute/s arising out of the Terms or otherwise between us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
If you meet the definition of an "eligible complainant" and wish to make a complaint about Dolfin Asset Services Limited, please first contact your Client Relationship Manager at Dolfin and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have. Should we be unable to resolve your complaint, or you would like further information with respect to making a complaint, please contact the www.financialarbiter.org.mt.
