Dolfin Asset Services Limited is a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Malta bearing company registration number C83564 and with its registered office at 89, Level 5, St. John's Street, Valletta VLT1165, Malta. The terms and conditions set out in this page are strictly in relation to Dolfin Asset Services Limited.
Jurisdiction and governing law
The Terms and any and all contracts concluded under them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and all references in these Terms to laws and regulations are references to Maltese laws and regulations unless otherwise specified. You agree that any dispute/s arising out of the Terms or otherwise between us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
Arbiter of Financial Services
If you meet the definition of an "eligible complainant" and wish to make a complaint about Dolfin Asset Services Limited, please first contact your Client Relationship Manager at Dolfin and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have. Should we be unable to resolve your complaint, or you would like further information with respect to making a complaint, please contact the www.financialarbiter.org.mt
Reception and transmission of Orders and Execution Policy
As a MFSA Regulated Firm which executes orders on behalf of clients (execution-only), arranges deals in investments (acting as broker), deals as principal (dealing on own account), Dolfin are under an obligation to take all sufficient steps to obtain, when executing orders, the best possible result for our clients. The Procedure in respect of the reception and transmission of orders and execution of Orders sets out the steps that Dolfin Asset Services Limited take to achieve the best possible quality of execution for its clients.
